The existing shingle roof had worn through in several places and was leaking. The crew removed the old roofing, repaired damaged deck areas, and installed a new asphalt-shingle system.
This was a full replacement for an aging shingle roof, including the waterproofing and detail work that sits below the finished surface.

Old shingles and underlayment were removed so the roof deck could be checked. Damaged decking was repaired, then new underlayment and asphalt shingles were installed. Valleys, ridges, roof edges, and roof penetrations were handled as part of the scope.
The project photos document the completed shingle surfaces and the detail work around the roof’s transitions and penetrations.
