Six short clips from your phone tell us most of what a ladder would. Pair them with our satellite measurement of your roof and your quote gets real — before anyone drives out.
From the sidewalk or yard, zoom in on each slope of the roof for a few seconds. Get the sunniest slopes — usually the ones facing south and west — in good light.
Film the shingle edge along the eaves from below — a corner of the yard or an upstairs window gives the best angle. If a low eave is within easy reach from the ground, a close-up of the edge thickness is gold. If it isn't, skip it — we'll check.
Take a flashlight up and slowly pan across the underside of the roof. No attic access? Skip this one — the rest still helps.
Walk the rooms under the roof and film any stains, rings or bubbling paint on ceilings and the tops of walls — wide shot first, then close up. Even old, dry stains are useful.
One slow clip from the street: the driveway, trees hanging over the roof, how many stories, fences and gates.
Photos are fine for this one: old roof permits, past repair invoices or warranties, HOA rules if you have them.
Text the clips to us with your name and address, and we'll come back with what we see — usually within one business day.
