Why the roof was replaced
The homeowner reported ceiling leaks. The inspection found widespread shingle wear and deteriorated waterproofing in the roof valleys. With damage across the roof, a local patch would not have addressed the full problem.

Removing the old roofing
We removed the old shingles and underlayment, checked the roof deck, and repaired the damaged areas before covering them with new roofing.

Installing the new roof
We installed new underlayment and asphalt shingles. The work also covered the valleys, ridges, roof edges, and roof openings, including the transitions shown in the photos.
