3. Inspection requests and construction work

Submitting the online form requests an inspection time; it does not confirm an appointment or create a construction contract. We will contact you to confirm availability. Any construction work, price, scope, warranty, payment schedule, and required notices will be governed by the written agreement signed for that job, including any properly executed change orders.

4. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, bypass security or rate limits, submit false or unlawful requests, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to overload the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to request service at the property.

The booking form uses Google Maps Platform features to provide address predictions. Your use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.
